2012 DANCENOW RAW

Deadline: March 1, 2012

To apply, go to DANCENOW’s NYCharities Page and make a $12.00 payment for each piece for which you want to submit an application.   Once payment has been completed, email Producer Sydney Skybetter to notify the DANCENOW team about your intent to apply, and DANCENOW will email you all necessary application questions.  Applications are due March 1, 2012. Applicants will be notified by March 7, 2012 of acceptance into the RAW Studio Show. Pieces can be NO LONGER than 5 minutes in length. DANCENOW will make every effort to provide an honorarium for participants. Honoraria support is contingent on state funding, and will be determined closer to the performance date.

This is a NO TECH studio performance - no lighting, projection, or sound other than CD playback is provided. Studios cannot be blacked out completely or sound proofed and are inappropriate for projection. Live music will be allowed on a case-by-case basis and must be cleared in writing with DANCENOW upon acceptance. Any later requests will be denied.

Applicants may submit as many works for consideration as they would like, but a $12.00 payment is required for each piece.
